Tästä löydät hyödyllistä neuvoa koskien tilaamista,maksamista, palautusoikeudesta,reklamaatiosta. Ehdot voimassa 1.1.2025 alkaen.
Verkkokaupan tilauksilla on normaali lain mukainen 14 vrk vaihto-ja palautusoikeus. Oikeus koskee ainoastaan avaamattomia pakkauksia, myyntikuntoisia tuotteita. Custom made tuotteilla ei ole vaihto- eikä palautusoikeutta.
Asiakas on velvollinen itse maksamamaan postituskulut palautuksesta ellei muuten ole kirjallisesti sovittu. Palautettavasti summasta vähenneteään postituskulut mikäli asiakas ei ole sitä itse maksanut.
Nämä ehdot ovat voimassa vain kuluttajakaupassa. Seura yms myynnissä kuluttajansuojalaki ei ole voimassa.

Buy online, pick up in store
We‘ll keep your order for several days so you can come get it at a convenient time
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time.
Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the warehouse.
